Kiwoom to host ‘MVP Pitcher-Batter Awards’ in July

The Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) announced that it held the ‘THE LIV July MVP Award Ceremony with SGC E&C’ before the game against the Lotte Giants at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on the afternoon of July 8.

Ahn Woo-jin was selected as the Pitcher MVP, Kim Hye-sung as the Hitter MVP, and Hurado as the Most Valuable Player for the first team of ‘THE LIV July MVP with SGC E&C’.

Ahn Woo-jin, who was selected as the Pitcher MVP, started four games in July and went 2-2 with a 3.42 ERA in 26 1/3 innings. Kim Hye-sung was named the Hitter MVP, batting .305 with 25 hits in 82 at-bats, five doubles, four triples, 17 RBIs and 17 runs scored in 20 games. Joo Seung-woo was named Pitcher MVP of the Future Team and Won Seung-won was named Hitter MVP.
